Exchange & Replacements Policy

At Bloon, your satisfaction is important to us. We do provide the option to exchange or replace products under specific conditions to ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

As a fast-moving brand dealing with high order volumes and limited stock, we operate on a tight inventory cycle. This means that once a product is sold and dispatched, it cannot be restocked or resold as new. Additionally, most of our pieces are curated in limited quantities, making restocking infeasible.

Eligibility for Exchange or Replacement

You can request an exchange or replacement if:

  • The product you received is the wrong size, defective, or different from what you ordered.
  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Replacements/Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Support staff is eligible to refuse any Replacement/Exchange if they don’t meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Replacement exchanges are not possible due to Change of Mind.
